Zinsser Sealcoat

Zinsser SealCoat™ is the ultimate sanding sealer that penetrates surfaces, dries quickly, and enhances the richness of wood. With its non-yellowing formula, it provides the perfect finish.

SealCoat™ boasts high adhesion, making it compatible with most clear finishes. It can be applied over any existing finish to protect the surface from strong solvent-based coatings. This ensures excellent adhesion for solvent-based polyurethane, water-based polyurethane, lacquer, and other clear finishes. For certain wood types and chipboards, two full coats of SealCoat™ create a barrier to seal in odours.

SealCoat™ works effectively on all types of wood surfaces, including oak, maple, chestnut, mahogany, walnut, birch, poplar, cherry, and more. It is highly recommended for interior woodwork such as panelling, moulding, trim, windows, doors, cabinets, furniture, and toys. SealCoat™ is also a fantastic choice for wood floors.
